Hello Stranger!

Dear Blog -

Hi stranger - it has been far too long since we've connected!  I created you almost almost 8 months ago even though I did nto really know what i was doing - actually I still don't!  As techie as I am - I am very new to the blogging craze but it's time to get with it.  I've enlisted the help of our dear cousin so soon you will get a complete overhaul (should help with the mis-alignment) and then you will be good as new. 

Sorry it took me so long to post - life has been a bit crazy.  Soon you'll be bursting at the seams with new friends, photos, links and followers...stay tuned!

Everybody's Working for the Weekend...

...and we are almost there!  Well sort of - I actually have to work this weekend!  Heading off to Las Vagas Saturday AM (without Rick - wahhhh!) to attend the CGA Strategic Conference (formerly known as WFIE).  Board meetings and a dinner Saturday, a little free time to hang with my niece and her bf Kevin on Sunday, then the conference begins in full force Sunday night through Tuesday.

Hate to not be home for Halloween - Rick and Alex will have to give out the goodies while the kitties freak out every time the doorbell rings!

Not bad for a Monday...

Work was excellent today, nice dinner with Rick (yes the sink is still not working), and I sort of fixed the formatting on my new blog (still a work in progress though).  Now if I can just figure out Callie's latest obsession with plastic shopping bags!  All in all not bad for a Monday!

Okay - here you have it ...my first attempt at my very own Blog!  I am so still learning so it looks kinda funky but hey - not bad considering i have no clue what i am doing!  Signing off for now - gotta go figure out what to cook for dinner with no sink!
